Everything at The Vox Box is digital. Nothing ships physically, and there are no shipping fees.
- Presets, bundles, and templates: download links appear on your order confirmation page and arrive by email right after checkout.
- TVB plugins and The TVB Rack: install TVB Portal using the download link in your order email, sign in with the email you used at checkout, and tap Activate. Your licenses install automatically.
- Can't find your files? Check spam or promotions, use order lookup, or email q@thevoxbox.shop with your order number.
Some regions require a billing address at checkout for tax purposes, even on digital orders.
