VoxBox sells digital audio products (vocal presets, mastering chains, templates, courses, and related files). All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and may change without notice. Taxes and fees, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Delivery of digital products

After a successful purchase, you will receive an email with download links and/or instructions. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact support@thevoxbox.shop.

Refund policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that we cannot resolve, contact support and we will do our best to help.

License and use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use VoxBox presets and files in your own productions. Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or uploading the raw files to any platform is strictly prohibited. See our License Agreement for full details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it, or use automated tools to scrape content. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your account and further legal action.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — including logos, graphics, audio, text, presets, and templates — is owned by VoxBox or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
