License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of any vocal preset, mastering preset, DAW template, sample, or other digital product ("Product") purchased from thevoxbox.shop. By downloading or using a Product, you agree to the terms below.

1. Grant of license

VoxBox grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, lifetime license to use the Product in your own music productions, including commercial releases.

2. What you CAN do

• Use the Product in your own songs, beats, mixes, and productions
• Release music that incorporates the Product on streaming platforms, digital stores, physical media, YouTube, TikTok, and other distribution channels
• Use the Product on unlimited projects, for yourself or for paying clients
• Modify and tweak the Product within your own sessions

3. What you CANNOT do

• Resell, relicense, redistribute, or give away the Product or any of its files
• Upload the raw preset or template files to any website, forum, cloud service, Discord server, or file-sharing platform
• Include the Product in another sample pack, preset pack, template pack, or similar product
• Claim the Product as your own creation
• Share your download link or account credentials with others

4. Ownership

VoxBox retains all rights, title, and interest in the Product. This License does not transfer ownership — it grants you the right to use the Product under the conditions above.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this License may result in termination of your license without refund, removal of affected releases, and legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

6. Refunds

Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

7. Updates

Where applicable, we provide free updates to the Product. Updates are delivered through the same download link or customer account used at purchase.
